What do you need to form a US LLC from Pakistan?

Forming a US LLC from Pakistan is fully online and needs fewer documents than most people expect.
The documents we need
- A valid passport or CNIC (clear colour photo or scan)
- Your home address: street, city and postal code
- Three LLC name options, in order of preference
- Your email and phone number with country code
- Your business purpose, for example Amazon, e-commerce or services
Do you need an SSN or ITIN?
No. Your LLC gets its own EIN (Employer Identification Number) from the IRS. The EIN is what you use to open your Amazon seller account and US bank or payment accounts.
Do you need to visit the US?
No. The state filing and EIN application are done remotely.
Yearly filings to know about
